How does the process typically work for a new home?
- Strip the top dirt to remove any organic material that would settle over time.
- Stake out and dig the basement.
- Ensure that the ground is suitable to stabilize the foundation.
- After your basement walls are poured, we will backfill around them, taking care to direct water away from the foundation.
- Upon completion of your house, we will come back to smooth everything out and spread top dirt for the finish/final grading.
